Q. How do I use this service?
A. All of our clients are issued a unique number. Office phones are transferred to this number when the service is needed. Your callers can also call that number directly.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. No. Service is provided month to month with no contract necessary.
Q. How long does it take to set up service?
A. Simple accounts can usually be programmed within 24 hours. More involved accounts will take longer based on their complexity.
Q. How will I get my messages?
A. Messages can be retrieved by fax, e-mail, voicemail, text messaging or live operator.
Q. My company uses an on-call worker. How do you know who to contact in an emergency?
A. You can send us your on-call schedule daily, weekly or monthly so we can contact the correct person at any time.
Q. Can I change my instructions?
A. Absolutely! As you get comfortable with the service, we are always flexible to make alterations to your instructions.
Q. Why do you bill per minute?
A. It’s a more fair way of billing. You are charged for what you use. Calls are not rounded up to the next minute making sure you get the value you deserve.
Q. Can I cancel my service at any time?
A. Yes. We do require a 30-day written cancellation notice.
Q. Do we have to sign a contract?
A. We do not make you sign a contract however, we do have you sign a service agreements that highlights your usage plan and states that you understand the terms of the service.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Check.
Q. How are services billed?
A. We bill monthly. Payments are due and payable upon receipt. For your convenience, we can set up your credit card to be automatically billed on the first of each month.
